Senior Teams
Senior players (16+) typically train on Sundays and play games on Fridays, each session lasting two hours.
Junior and Youth Teams
Younger players (7-15) typically train and play on Sundays. From 3-4pm the u10s train, from 4pm to 5pm the 10-13s train. From 5-6pm they are joined by older players (13-16) for games. From 6-7pm the older players train.

Join our Wednesday night High Performance sessions at Nissan Arena and take your handball to the next level! Players of all ages will benefit from an hour of targeted strength training, followed by an hour of on-court practice. Smaller groups mean more focused coaching and faster improvement for everyone.
